Unlike treatments that rely on needles or require recovery time, Luminess uses nanoinfusion technology to press actives deep into the skin through microscopic silicone tips, with no skin penetration and no barrier break.

The result is a measurably different skin quality: smoother texture, more even tone, and a genuine glass skin luminosity that a regular facial cannot replicate.
Luminess is designed to be comfortable throughout. NanoInfusion uses silicone tips rather than needles, so there is no skin penetration and no pain. The retinol and acid blend may produce a mild warming or tingling sensation during the resurfacing step, which is normal and settles quickly.
No numbing cream is required and there is no preparation time needed before your appointment.
None. Luminess involves zero downtime. There is no redness, no recovery period, and no restrictions on activity after your treatment. You can return to work, wear makeup, and continue your normal routine immediately.
This makes Luminess ideal before events or during periods when you cannot afford time off from your routine.
You will see results from your very first session. For the most significant and lasting improvement in skin quality, texture, and tone, a course of three sessions spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart is recommended.

Luminess is suitable for most skin types and tones. It is particularly effective for those experiencing dullness, uneven texture, dehydration, fine lines, congestion, and early pigmentation.
If you have very sensitive skin, active rosacea, open wounds, or an active skin infection in the treatment area, Luminess may need to be deferred or modified. Pea will assess your skin at the start of your appointment and confirm suitability before proceeding.

Because Luminess involves no skin penetration or downtime, post-treatment care is minimal. Avoid applying retinol or strong actives for 24 hours following your treatment to allow your skin to settle and absorb the benefits fully.
SPF is always recommended the following morning. A gentle moisturiser is ideal for the first 24 hours. You can wear makeup immediately if needed.

know before you come in.
Are you fit and well?
You must be well on the day of treatment. Any active skin infection, cold sore, open wound, or significant inflammation in the treatment area will require rescheduling. Please contact us if you are unsure.
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Luminess contains retinol and active acids. It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please wait until your journey is complete before booking.
Active skincare
Avoid retinol and strong active acids for 3 to 5 days before your treatment. Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup. No numbing cream or preparation time is required.
Sun exposure
Avoid significant sun exposure or tanning for one week before your Luminess appointment. Treating tanned or sunburnt skin increases sensitivity during the resurfacing step. Daily SPF is strongly recommended.
